Free Iraq

What a stupid President.
Bringing another 20000 or so troops to Iraq to secure the safety in Bagdad.
I was listening to the BBC wordl service tonight and overhearing the reactions on the radio.
No one made the remark that I am making myself.
And this remark is the following:
Isn't this reaction of the American President not admitting that the policy has failed.
Three long year and thousands of deaths have not brought security.
NOT EVEN TO THE CAPITAL OF THIS ENORMOUS LAND.
So how on arth are 20000 troops are going to alter this.
Can someone please explain the logic here???
